Auction Type: Unconditional with Variable Fee

Every online bidder on SDL Auctions must first create an account at www.sdlauctions.co.uk/online -auctions. This is a very quick and simple process. This check will leave a soft footprint on your credit report (but it should not affect your credit rating). Once you have registered, you will be able to search, download legal documents, arrange site viewings and contact the Auctioneers and the solicitors if you have queries on the property.

If the reserve is met or exceeded when the auction timer ends, the successful bidder is charged a 5% deposit (subject to a minimum fee of £5000) and exchange takes place. At this point, you will be legally obliged to buy the property for the full purchase price. The deposit contributes towards the purchase price.
